My Favorites

Keep track of your favorite DermaMedics products. When you become a DermaMedics member you can save a list of your favorite products to come back and consult anytime. Just sign in as a Member and click on the My Favorites List link to access your personal favorites. To order products from your list, click on Purchase and Continue to Checkout.

My Order History

If you have a DermaMedics account, you can view orders that you have placed at DermaMedics.com. You first need to log into your DermaMedics account and you will see a link on the top right hand side that says My Account. Click on this link to view orders that you have placed online.

Unsubscribe From Emails

Click on the Unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of all DermaMedics emails that you receive.

How to Pay

DermaMedics accepts Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

Order History

If you have a DermaMedics account, you can view orders that you have placed at DermaMedics.com by logging in and clicking on the My Account link on the top right hand menu.

Shipping Methods and Rates

DermaMedics.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.

DermaMedics.com ships to all 50 U.S. States via UPS Ground or Priority USPS. UPS delivers Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). USPS delivers Monday-Saturday. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 2 days for shipping.

APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping

At this time, DermaMedics.com does ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses via USPS.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, Customer Service Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm CST at 1-800-990-6552.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with the original packing slip to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please call Customer Service at 1-800-990-6552 Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm CST within 30 of purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of Customer Service receipt of the returned item. A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase.

Products cannot be exchanged.

Only items purchased on DermaMedics.com can be returned to DermaMedics.com. Items purchased in a skincare professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

What is Diversion?

Diversion is when products are sold in "unauthorized" places. For example, all genuine DermaMedics products are sold exclusively through authorized DermaMedics skincare professional partners or on www.DermaMedics.com. DermaMedics products that you find outside of these places are considered to be "diverted."

Why is Diversion Bad?

Diverted products can be counterfeit, diluted formulas, or old, expired formulas that may not be safe to use. This means if you buy our products from any other outlet other than authorized DermaMedics skincare professional partners or on www.DermaMedics.com, we cannot guarantee that they are authentic DermaMedics products that will perform as tested.

Are You in Danger?

You could be. Contaminated or counterfeit products could cause irritation or even infection.

Who is Diverting Products?

Products are diverted by unauthorized distributors and other dishonest individuals who see profit in piracy.

What Can You Do to Help Stop Diversion?

Don't risk it, don't buy it! And tell your friends about the potential danger of diverted products! If you see a DermaMedics product for sale outside a DermaMedics skincare professional partner or www.DermaMedics.com, please send us an e-mail to with the city, state and name of the location where you saw the products. You can also call 1-800-990-6552 to report diverters. We will conduct a full investigation.

Anti-Diversion Procedures and Policies

  • Exclusive product coding is used to track the movement of DermaMedics products. This is the method for tracing products to industry diverters.
  • Ongoing intelligence procedures are in place to further uncover diversion schemes, including those involving misuse of the Internet.
  • Diversion information can be communicated to DermaMedics Sales Staff or to the Security Department by calling the DermaMedics Hotline at 1 800-990-6552 or by e-mailing us at .
