Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout.

 

Carrier Responsibility

Dermamedics is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they have left our facility. Once the package departs our facility, all responsibility falls on the carrier. If you cannot locate your order, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking and shipping information. Dermamedics is not responsible for delayed, missing, damaged, misplaced, or stolen packages and can not replace items due to carrier-related issues. 

RETURNS

DERMAMEDICS RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Within the First 30 Days

Return any product with a minimum of 50% remaining for a prompt, courteous refund.*

After 30 Days and up to 60 Days

Only unopened products may be returned for a refund.  No refunds will be given after 60 days.
